Last Wednesday I went up to Layton to spend time with the Cox family. They are always so fun to be around and we always have a blast. Jeanette took me to pick out fabric for the quilt she is going to make for Trevor and I. She is so sweet! And watched Step Up 2 with Kelsie, their cousin Joni, Troy, and Jeanette. Jeanette and I finished cutting all of her invites, so that was good! I slept over, missing Trevor of course, but with my heart full of love for my new in laws!
I spent Thursday with the Hammers and slept over. Those kids are so darn cute! We got the pool and the slip n' slide out and had a fun day outside. Ayden loves to snuggle when he's sleeping, so we had a good little sleepover.
I went back to Jeanette's to go see the furniture that her friend is so generously going to give us. It's really cute and in perfect condition! It's green and white checked, I love it! After that Kelsie had a great idea! She thought it'd be fun to come to Orem with me and help me finish cutting all of my invitations and to play! I was thrilled!
So Kelsie and I finished everything on Friday night and Saturday morning, then headed to Riverside to go swimming! Then we took a shower together in our bathing suits:) And I made her come to my friend's wedding reception. Kels slept over and came to church with me. Everyone kept telling us we looked like sisters and we'd just say, "Well that's because we are!" I absolutely love having a little sister.

Whoa, you guys totally look like sisters! Fun! Hey Jen, it is fun to have a blog so we can all keep up with your plans. I was going through this small notebook tonight for an idea. It was one that I got at my shower and everyone that was there wrote down advice for me. I just had my ten year anniversary, so you were what? 9 or 10? Anyway, you wrote some advice for me in it and I just had to tell you about it. Especially since you are about to be married. You wrote "NEVER EVER GET IN A FIGHT. And be nice" Too cute. Congrats!

How cute you and Kelsi look together. The shower was fun last night. I happy you are comfortable with your new in laws & can even go spend time with them without Trevor being there.
