Nana's Tatertot Casserole

Last week I decided to make Nana's famous Tatertot Casserole for Trev and I. It always reminds me of my dad. When I lived at home the only time I ever cooked was when I was making tatertot casserole because I knew my dad loved it. So anytime I was cooking anything my brothers (mainly Michael) would say, "Oh, what ya making? ..Tatertot Casserole?" So at least it's been a month before I even made it. Trevor had never had it-he liked it! I guess I lost my love for it, because I didn't like it as much.

What a good wife to introduce Trevor to some of the things you liked before. Sometimes when we make things they just don't taste as good as we remember them. That has happened to me, too. Keep on cookin! You are doing great!!
